A significant minority of mothers live daily lives, separated from their children and I am one of them. I have become very aware that my story although a nightmare is not unique...

There is a lot of anecdotal evidence regarding the response of reporting abuse to the police , so in order to get something more concrete, I have set up a very short survey, this one is about reporting child abuse as a parent.

This one is to obtain information around domestic violence and the family courts.

Please share them and fill them  in yourselves. I will publish the results and hopefully generate some media interest in the bigger picture. They are completely anonymous and will not be linked to you at all. Thank you.

Update 20/04/17

Thank you to those who have already responded, the emerging picture is rather disturbing. Please do fill them in and share as much as you can. Hopefully that way we may just be listened to.

Update 22/04/17

I am deeply humbled by all of you who have kindly shared and responded to the surveys. From your comments, I know that we have very similar experiences.  It is surreal, providing evidence that is ignored, potentially leaving our children at further risk of harm and ourselves re victimised. Thank you and please keep sharing on social media

The responses are now in and  those who completed the surveys were entirely self selecting and they have not been edited.  The survey period was 16 days.
